Product Description

RL-A103S is a polymer oil well cement fluid loss additive. It is copolymerized with AMPS/NN, which has good resistance to temperature and salt, as the main monomer, combined with other salt- tolerant monomers. The product introduces groups that are not easily hydrolyzed, the high temperature resistance is significantly enhanced, and the molecule contains a large number of strong adsorption groups such as -CONH2, -SO3H,
-COOH, etc., which play an important role in salt resistance, temperature resistance, free water adsorption, fluid loss reduction, etc.
RL-A103S has good versatility, can be used in a variety of cement slurry systems, and has good compatibility with other additives.
RL-A103S has a high low shear rate viscosity, which can effectively enhance the suspension stability of the cement slurry system, while maintaining the fluidity of the slurry, preventing sedimentation, and having good gas channeling resistance.
RL-A103S has a wide application temperature, high temperature resistance up to 230ºC, good fluidity and stability of the cement slurry system, less free liquid, no retardation, and rapid development of early strength at low temperature.
RL-A103S is suitable for fresh water/salt water slurry mixing.

RL-A103S is packaged in a 25 kg/bag, or packaged according to customer requirements.The shelf life is 12 months.
